- Do I need to make a booking, or can I walk in?
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or email, but walk-ins are always welcome! - How long does a ceramic painting session take?
Sessions typically take around 2 to 3 hours.
- Do I need any experience to paint ceramics?
Not at all! Pottery painting is for everyone, so no experience is needed. - Can kids participate in ceramic painting?
Yes! Kids are more than welcome to join in the fun.
- Can I come back to finish painting my ceramic item on another day if I don’t finish today?
Of course. We’ll keep your piece safe until you’re ready to come back and finish your masterpiece!
Painting & Firing Process
- What type of paint do you use?
We use a ceramic-specific paint called underglaze. - How long does it take for my piece to be fired?
The firing process takes approximately 3–5 weeks. - Can I take my ceramic home the same day?
Not the same day, it needs to be glazed and fired first to make it food-safe, shiny and strong. - Will my ceramic item be food-safe and dishwasher-safe?
Yes, once glazed and fired, your pottery will be completely food-safe. While it can go in the dishwasher, we recommend handwashing for longevity. - Can I bring my own design or get help with ideas?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own designs or stencils for inspiration. - Can I mix my own colour?
As fun as mixing colours sounds, underglazes can be a bit unpredictable in the kiln! To make sure your piece comes out just right, we don’t allow mixing and stick to our beautiful range of colours.
